2026 Graduate Trader

Batch: 2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Work closely with senior traders to learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems. - Real-time risk management in the form of trade entry and risk layoffs. - Build, maintain, and improve trading models; enhance existing strategies and identify new opportunities. - Liaise between the trading desk, internal teams, and OTC relationships. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field, expected to graduate by Winter 2026. - Strong foundation in math, probability, and statistics. - Ability to learn quickly, maintain composure, and communicate clearly under pressure. - High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA. - Experience with SQL, statistical modeling, Python, or other programming experience is preferred.
