Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. - Work directly with the founders across every part of our GTM motion - Build partnerships with SAP consultancies, system integrators, technology partners, and enterprise communities - Own how Dodge AI is discovered and understood through partnerships, founder-led GTM, messaging, customer stories, product launches, events, and growth initiatives - Build our inbound pipeline and constantly test new ways to generate demand - Talk to customers regularly and turn those conversations into better positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy - Launch experiments every week, double down on what works, and kill what doesn't - If you have an unconventional idea that helps Dodge AI earn trust, generate pipeline, or win customers, we'll let you run with it - We care far more about how you think and operate than your exact background - Former founders, early startup operators, GTM builders, consultants, or anyone who's built something from zero will likely thrive here - High agency and a bias for action - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership - Someone who loves talking to customers, solving messy problems, and building from scratch - Your resume and LinkedIn profile, plus anything that shows you execute, not just strategize (side projects, launches, content, products, experiments, or anything else you're proud of) - A 1 to 2 minute video explaining why you're the best fit for Dodge AI and one GTM idea you'd execute in your first 30 days
