Reconciliation Analyst

Batch: 2023 and before. Job Details: - Dexian is hiring Reconciliation Analysts for a leading global financial services client. - Experience: 2.5+ Years. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only. - Important: Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered. No relocation candidates. Mandatory Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in Reconciliations (Cash, Position, Trade, or Asset Reconciliations). - Good knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin is mandatory. - Good understanding of Equity and Fixed Income products. - Experience investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on working experience with BlackRock Aladdin will be an added advantage. - Experience working with global investment banking or asset management operations. - Experience in exception management and risk reporting.
