Program Management Intern (+PPO)

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. Role Overview: - Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-oriented intern for Rapid Commerce Roles & Responsibilities: - Operations coordination and management - Bridge between the Operations and Tech teams - Client, customer support, and stakeholder management - Conduct training sessions for store staff - Assist in creating and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Required: - Minimum graduate (preferably CS/IT background) - 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) - Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and other cities - Strong communication skills - Basic understanding of operations/processes is a plus - Preferably local candidates or from nearby locations Note: Subject: Intern – Program Management (Rapid Commerce)
