Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Key Responsibilities: - Provide basic technical support to employees/users. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. - Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance. - Support IT documentation and asset management. - Help the IT team with day-to-day technical tasks. What We're Looking For: - Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Windows, hardware, networking, and common software. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and work in a team. - Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
