Description: - If you're passionate about building great user experiences, solving customer problems, and working closely with product teams, we'd love to hear from you. - Internship: Full time Who can apply?: - BBA or MBA students/recent graduates - Strong communication and problem solving skills - Interest in Product Management, Customer Support, and Operations - Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment - Eagerness to learn and take ownership What you'll do: - Provide product and customer support - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve user queries - Assist in product testing, documentation, and feature rollouts - Gather customer feedback and help improve the product experience - Support the Product team in day to day operations - This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in product management while working with a growing startup.
