Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Project Areas: - Resume Screening Automation: Developing AI models to automatically screen and rank resumes based on predefined criteria. This could involve natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to match candidates to job descriptions. - Employee Attrition Prediction: Building predictive models to identify employees at risk of leaving the company. Interns can work on analyzing historical data to find patterns and build models that can alert HR teams in advance. - Chatbot Development for Employee Queries: Creating AI-driven chatbots that can handle common HR-related queries from employees, such as leave balances, policy questions, or benefits information. We are currently using DialogFlow. - Sentiment Analysis on Employee Feedback: Using AI to analyze employee surveys, feedback forms, and reviews to gauge overall sentiment and identify areas of improvement. - Skill Gap Analysis: Developing AI models to analyze employees' current skills against job requirements and predict future skill gaps, helping HR plan training programs effectively. Duties / Key Responsibilities: - Develop AI models for resume screening, employee attrition prediction, and performance evaluation etc. - Work on AI-driven chatbots to streamline employee queries and HR support. - Collaborate with the product team to integrate AI features into the HRMS platform. - Conduct research and experiment with new AI techniques to enhance HR processes. - Analyze and visualize data to draw actionable insights for HR teams.
