Growth Specialist (Intern)

What you'll do: - Identify and connect with influencers who align with our brand - Build relationships with creators, mentors, and industry speakers - Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships end-to-end - Track campaign performance and report on reach, engagement, and ROI - Ensure influencer content stays on-brand and on-message - Support community engagement activities for the 10X Club - Keep tabs on industry trends and new influencer platforms Who can apply?: - Fresh Graduates / Final Year Students - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities - Self-starter with a motivated, ownership-driven mindset - Comfortable with PowerPoint and MS Excel - Willing to relocate and join immediately
