About the Role: - CodeHurdle is building an EdTech platform for engineering students, focused on making technical learning and interview preparation more practical and structured - Last month, CodeHurdle crossed 100K+ website visits and we're just getting started - We're looking for a strong Backend Developer with 1–2 years of experience who wants to build products and take real ownership Requirements: - 1–2 years of backend experience - Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases & system design - Experience building real-world products - Strong problem-solving skills - Ownership mindset What makes this different: - This is an equity-based opportunity - Instead of a fixed salary at this stage, you'll receive equity in CodeHurdle and work closely with the founding team - You'll get the opportunity to build core products, make technical decisions, and grow with the company from an early stage
