Required Skills: - Exceptional academic record from high school and university - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or another STEM discipline with programming coursework - Strong programming skills in at least one of Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java - Experience using Ubuntu or another Linux distribution - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented - Personal software engineering projects beyond academic coursework - Professional written and spoken English - Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events Preferred Skills: - Contributions to open-source projects - Experience with Linux distributions such as Debian, Fedora, Arch, or Nix - Leadership, presentation, and technical writing skills - Interest in business and commercial aspects of technology
