Software Engineer - Golang

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Who you are: - 2–4 years of professional backend development experience - Strong proficiency in Go/Golang - Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Experience designing and building RESTful APIs - Understanding of microservices and distributed systems - Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases - Understanding of Redis - Familiarity with Kafka or other event-driven systems - Experience writing unit and integration tests - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern development workflows - Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools Nice to Have: - Experience in high-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology - Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
