AI Support Engineer

Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in a support, ops, or technical customer-facing role - Hands-on comfort with AI tools/workflows (prompting, automations, agent builders) - Experience with a support/helpdesk tool; sharp and structured communication - Comfortable with ambiguity in a 0-to-1 startup function Nice to Have: - Experience setting up support automations/chatbots/agents - Familiarity with SQL or scripting
