Associate Program Manager (APM)

Batch: 2023/2024/2025. Responsibilities: - Build trackers, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for real-time operational visibility - Analyze store-level and workforce data to identify performance gaps - Use SQL to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into operational solutions Requirements: - 1–4 years of experience in a high-growth startup - Engineering degree from Tier-1 college (NIT, BITS, or equivalent preferred) - Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets with high execution intensity
