Ideal Candidate: - Thinks in systems and sees how the pieces fit together - Detail-oriented, with a strong bias for numbers and data - High agency — comfortable running at a problem even when it's only 80% defined - Around 1–2 years of product experience in any domain (supply chain preferred but not a mandate) - SQL fluency is a plus, but not a blocker. Curiosity and drive matter more.
