Business Analyst

Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024. Experience: 2-4 years Responsibilities: - Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities - Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements - Convert business problems into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations - Track key KPIs and help teams make informed decisions - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements - Support strategic and operational projects through data analysis - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL - Experience with dashboards/BI tools is a plus - Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership
