Customer Support Intern

Handle customer queries through calls and emails while resolving booking, refund, and stay-related concerns. Freshers, graduates, and undergraduates are welcome to apply. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and a basic understanding of customer support metrics such as CSAT and FCR.
