Operations Associate

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Act as first point of contact for the client site, the workers and internal team - Set up, fit, calibrate and troubleshoot the capture kit — head-mounted cameras, batteries and storage - Brief, supervise and re-train operators through the day so capture quality doesn't drift - Track and report daily targets: hours captured, tasks covered, sessions completed - Resolve absences, delays, hardware failures and last-minute location changes Requirements: - 0-3 years in field operations, logistics, workforce management or last-mile - Experience running a cluster or an area and leading a team - Excellent at coordinating large numbers of people and moving parts - Genuinely detail-oriented — notice the wrong camera angle before anyone else - Comfortable with targets, dashboards and daily performance metrics - Practically minded with hardware — debug it yourself rather than waiting for an engineer - Calm and decisive when a device dies or a site changes plans mid-day - High agency and urgency — site's output is yours to own - Comfortable with heavy travel Additional Details: - Immediate joining - 1 opening
